Talking to a human at Evri can feel impossible at times. Sure, there is an Evri live chat feature but it’s almost like it’s moving around all the time. You can always call their helpline, but queues are often long — especially over the weekend. Its online chat is the fastest way to reach someone, but you’ll need to navigate a rather unhelpful chatbot called Ezra to reach a human. 

How To Start an Evri Live Chat

There is an Evri live chat: You just need to know where to find it. The fastest way to to chat to a human at Evri is to head over to the Help Center, and select ‘It’s Something Else’ from the list. Now click the ‘Start a Chat’ button and a little window will appear. Now, you’re faced with Ezra, an automated chatbot who exists to surface help articles and field requests. 

Start by letting Ezra know you want to chat to a human. She’ll then come back requesting some additional information. Provide some directional details on the request, and have your tracking reference handy as she may request this next. Keep being persistent about chatting to a human representative, and  you’ll  eventually be transferred, provided its within operating hours.

Similar to the Just Eat live chat, someone isn’t around at Evri 24/7: Agents are online from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4 PM, and until 2 PM on Saturday.

Other Ways To Contact Evri

There are several other ways to contact Evri. The second-fastest, although that’s a bit of a stretch here, is to telephone its support line on 0330 808 5456. This line is monitored between 8:30 AM and 4 PM on Monday through Friday, and from 8:30 AM until 2 PM on Saturday. Notably, Evri does not have a Twitter account, so be aware of scams running there (Twitter’s Blue verification feature has made these a lot harder to spot).
