How to Return a Nectar Mattress
You’re enlisted in a 365-Night Trial when you buy a Nectar Mattress, which means you can return it at any point in the first year of ownership for a full refund. You don’t even need to pay to ship it back, and you may even find that the retailer would rather arrange for it to be collected and taken to a local donation center instead.
This 365-Night Trial applies to the Nectar Memory Foam Mattress, Nectar Premier Mattress, and Nectar Premier Copper Mattress, but does not extend to accessories like the Nectar Resident Pillow, which has a shorter 50-Night Trial. There are also some extras like the Nectar Duvet Cover Set which don’t have one at all.
There is a small catch, however: You can’t return a Nectar Mattress for the first 30 nights. This is because it can take a bit of time to not only wait for the Nectar Mattress to expand, but also for your body to adjust to the new feel. You’ll be shocked how easy it is to return a Nectar Mattress. You’ll want to find your order number, which should be in the order confirmation you received when you ordered the mattress, then either send an email to retruns@nectarsleep.com or call 1-88-425-4854, and let them know you want to return the mattress and why.
You may be offered the chance to exchange it for another model, with an extension on the trial, if Nectar believes there may have been a fault with your one, or return it for a full refund, through a collection it will arrange and pay for, issued back to the credit or debit card you originally used to buy it.
