How to Cancel HelloFresh

You need to cancel HelloFresh on its website. But depending on what you’re trying to do, this may not be the best way to go. If you want to take a break from the service — maybe because you’re going out of town for a couple of weeks, or you’re short on some cash — you can skip an order. You can do this as often as you want, but you will need to skip each week manually; there’s no option to opt-out for a fixed duration.
How to Skip a HelloFresh Order
Before we dive into how to cancel HelloFresh, let’s first look at the steps needed to skip an order. This is relatively easy. Either from the HelloFresh website or the mobile application, select the delivery date you want to skip, then click ‘Edit Delivery’, followed by ‘Skip This Week’. You can do this for as many weeks as you’d like, so if you’re going on vacation for three weeks, you tell it to skip all three weeks right now.
There is a catch, however: You will need to skip the order by 11:59 PM five days before the scheduled delivery date or you will be charged for the order — even if you contact HelloFresh and manage to stop them from delivering it. So it’s best to skip as many weeks as you need to in one go, even if you want to take a break for a month. But if you’re taking an extended hiatus, then you might as well just cancel HelloFresh.
