You can see your Sky Mobile bill at any time using My Sky. Available on desktop and mobile, this will show you information about how much data you have remaining and when it’ll refresh, how much is stashed in your Piggybank, and your current statement balance.
You can also use My Sky to create add extras to your plan, like Roaming Passport Plus to use Sky Mobile abroad, see when your contact ends, and upgrade your device, as well as making changes to your account information, like your email address and direct debit.
- Download the My Sky application from the App Store or Play Store, or head over to the Sky website, and sign in to your My Sky account.
- Once signed in, navigate to the Mobile section of the application or the website. This is located in the navigation bar at the top on desktop and bottom on mobile.
- Select 'Your Mobile Bill' for an itemised breakdown of your next bill. You can also view your next bill from here, which will include additional charges accrued so far.
