The first thing you need do is open the document in Notion. Next, click the ‘Share‘ button in the control bar at the top of the window. Flick the switch next to ‘Share to Web‘ to ON, then select ‘Show Link Options‘ if they don’t appear automatically.

Now, decide whether you want to viewers to have the option to edit the document or leave a comment, then copy the link and share it with them. They will be able to view it without a Notion account, but will need one to make changes and leave notes.
