Just Eat Live Chat: How to Talk to a Human Now

Talking to a human at Just Eat can feel impossible at times. Sure, there is a Just Eat live chat feature but it’s almost like it’s moving around all the time. You can always call their helpline, but queues are often long — especially over the weekend. Its online chat is the fastest way to reach someone, but for whatever reason it has made it harder to find over the last few months, as a lot of the prompts have been replaced with requests to contact the restaurant itself or send it an email, which it will aim to respond to within 48 hours.

Is there a Just Eat Live Chat?

There is a Just Eat live chat. While it seems it has been slimmed down over the last few months, the Just Eat live chat is still very much alive: You just need to know where to find it. Strangely, it’s not where you’d expect it to be. If you’re having an issue with your current order, you’ll be instructed to contact the restaurant or send it an email. But, navigate through a different channel, and you’ll be able to reach a customer service representative who should be able to help you with your order.

How to Start a Just Eat Live Chat

The easiest way to start a Just Eat live chat is to head over to the ‘Report a Safety, Health or Privacy Issue’ section of both the mobile application and website, after signing in to your Just Eat account. Scroll right down the bottom and you should see a ‘Chat to Us’ button. Click this and a chat window will appear on the screen, and you’ll be added to a queue to speak to a representative. Keep in mind that the Just Eat live chat service isn’t available 24/7. Agents are online from 10 AM to 11 PM, Monday to Sunday.

Other Ways to Contact Just Eat

There are several other ways to contact Just Eat. The second-fastest method is to reach out to it on Twitter, where it’ll handle your request via Direct Message. You can also telephone its support center between 10 AM to 11 PM at +44 344 243 7777. Alternatively, you can send it an email. You’ll need to do this through the Help Center on its website. Just like the Just Eat live chat, the button seems to move around a lot, but there’s one in the ‘My Order Never Arrived, What Should I Do?’ that you can use — or click here.
