The Only Notion Kanban Board Template You’ll Ever Need

This template takes all of the work out of creating a Kanban Board in Notion from scratch. It has been created to be usable the second it is installed; start adding tasks and moving them over to the appropriate columns.

Remember, though: This is a template. You don’t need to follow it blindly. You have full control to tweak as you see fit. One way you may wish to do this is by adding additional views. If you’d rather keep it simple, don’t change a thing.

Chances are you’ll want to hide the ‘No Status‘ column, which Notion adds by default. To do this, simply click the three horizontal dots and click ‘Hide‘. The To-Do column will then replace it, becoming the primary column.

Adding the Kanban Board template to your Workspace on Notion is easy. Just follow this link, select ‘Duplicate‘ from the menu bar at the top, and you’re ready to roll. You will now see the Kanban Board in your Workspace.
