Productivity & More began as a collection of independent websites inspired by the topics that fascinated us as a team and the tools we relied on in our own work. We created these spaces to share the knowledge, tips, and insights we had gathered, hoping others could benefit from them too.
We had Notion Wizard, Slack Wizard, Sodastream Wizard, Cancel a Subscription, and more. Dozens more. But then we thought about unification: People interested in Notion probably care about Evernote, for example, and we do too, so why not put it all under one roof.
And those same people probably care about tips on how to memorize study notes, common mistakes in the workplace, deals on must-have stationery, software and hardware, (the LEUCHTTURM1917 is still our favorite notebook) and so on. And that’s how Productivity & More was born.
Our first approach was to bring all of the content over, and break the website down into different ‘blogs’ — we even had a SodaStream Wizard section of the website. But then we decided we wanted to stick to a core focus that better resembles our true passion: productive living.
Being self-proclaimed digital hoarders, much of this content continues to live on across the website, and a lot of the more… irrelevant… material is in our archive, walled off to everyone except those accessing it here. It’s probably best thought of as a digital graveyard, and we love it.
So now we’re here, in 2025. We’ve been thinking about our identity quite a bit as of late, and perhaps shifting the focus of the website as our interests have evolved over time. We’re toying with a few different ideas, but we aren’t 100% sure which direction to take things in just yet.
One thing is for certain, though: We’ll continue to revolve around workflows and productive living.
