Just save it to your Notion Workspace, open it up and begin writing your affirmations — no tinkering required.
There isn’t a whole lot to our Gratitude Journal. There’s space to outline three things you’re grateful for in the morning, a brief overview of your plan for the day, then some space to recap in the evening with the intention being that it should take no more than five minutes to complete, from start to finish.
Adding the Gratitude Journal template to your Workspace on Notion is easy. Just follow this link, select ‘Duplicate’ from the menu bar at the top, and you’re ready to roll. You will now see the Gratitude Journal in your Workspace. That’s right – no downloading, no uploading. It couldn’t be simpler if it tried.
